WhipTail’s data storage is a flash-based storage array, which leverages MLC-based flash solid-state drives as high-speed storage for mission-critical workloads, including Databases, Virtual Desktop Infrastructures, and Server Virtualization.Traditional spinning disk storage reached its apex of 15,000 RPM in 1990, with an output of 200 IOs per second.
